Leather Add On
Need extra leather added to a specific area? We'll build it up where it's needed. Tears can happen on a CSA work boot or any other Dayton boot you treasure enough to wear all the time. Sides can get blown out and torn from the welt depending on how hard you wear your boots. The extra leather will reinforce these areas to keep your foot in the boot and protected from the elements.
Services start at $100 CAD for each area requiring leather add ons, for example, if you've blown out small areas on the sides of your boots on both feet, then each spot to be reinforced would be $100 for a total of $200 CAD + tax. Rather than a costly rebuild, this will fix the issue, however, cosmetically, it may not be the most aesthetically pleasing, if that matters to you.
If we determine your boots need more than just a simple leather add on or to cover a larger area after assessing them in person, there may be additional charges depending on the complexity or size of the work to be done.
**Upon purchasing this service, please bring in or ship your boots to our shop, so that we can perform it on your boots. If you are unsure about anything, please send us photos of your boots, so that we can determine what should be done and offer options. The estimated completion time for this service is 6 - 8 weeks depending on our workload. Any work orders will be clarified and confirmed with you prior to the work being done. If you are shipping, we will get in touch with you for where you should send your boots. Please note, the customer is responsible for all associated shipping costs.
Wohlford & Co footwear is based on UK men’s sizing. This typically means one full size down from your standard North American men’s sneaker size and two and a half sizes for women. For example, a men’s NA 8.5 would be a Wohlford 7.5, and a women’s NA 8.5 would be a Wolhford 6. Please refer to the sizing chart.
If widths options are available, pick a narrow width if you have a narrow foot or want a snugger fit. Or, pick a wider width if you know you have a high instep, wider foot, or want a little more room.
