Returns
If a pair is not right, write to us before you send anything back. We have to authorise a return first, and a parcel that arrives unannounced may be refused.
The window, and the condition of the boots
We accept returns and exchanges up to 30 days from the day you receive your boots, with proof of purchase. The boots must come back unworn and in their original condition, with their packaging. We cannot accept footwear with visible wear.
How to send them
Send your parcel by the postal service of your country and mark it “CANADIAN GOODS RETURNED” for repair, exchange or warranty, with a value for duty and taxes of $1. That marking tells customs the boots are Canadian goods coming home rather than a commercial import, and it is the difference between a parcel that arrives and one that arrives with a bill attached.
Please do not use a commercial courier unless every fee, duty and tax is prepaid on your own account. We will not pay a courier’s brokerage or handling charges when a parcel lands, and one we refuse goes back to you with further costs. You are welcome to insure it for whatever amount you think right.
You are responsible for shipping to and from us, and shipping charges are not refundable.
Once we have authorised your return, send it to:
